Ingredients: Paprika/Red Chili, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Garam Masala extracts, and a touch of black salt for zest.

Cooking Ingredients Needed:

• Chicken, Beef, or Mutton (500g - 1kg)

• Shosti BBQ Masala (1 Pack / 50g)

• Thick Yogurt (2-3 tablespoons)

• Mustard Oil or Cooking Oil (2 tablespoons)

• Lemon Juice

• Salt to taste (if needed)

Preparation Method & Cooking Procedure:

1. Clean and pat dry the meat pieces. Make deep slits in the meat if using large chicken pieces.

2. In a large bowl, mix the Shosti BBQ Masala with yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and salt to form a thick paste.

3. Thoroughly coat the meat with the marinade, ensuring it goes inside the slits.

4. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).

5. Grill the meat over hot charcoal, in an oven, or on a stovetop grill pan. Baste with a little butter or oil during the cooking process until the meat is cooked through and has a beautiful charred exterior. Serve with naan and mint chutney!
